Customize templates and styles

Docsmith installs one shared native EE template group named docsmith for all libraries and groups: layout, index, group_index, page, search, and 404. Starter CSS and JavaScript live in /themes/user/docsmith. Put display overrides in docsmith-custom.css; asset refreshes preserve that file.
